You can browse and play music without an account. Ratings and personal settings are not saved to your account. We may still use minimal browser storage (for example to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice).

When you are signed in, account and preference data are stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore). Firebase and your browser may also use cookies or local storage to keep you signed in.
All playback uses embedded YouTube players. YouTube and Google may set cookies and similar technologies when you play a track, under Google’s privacy policy.
You can sign out at any time from the header menu. To request deletion of your account data, contact euphoriamusiceu@gmail.com.

These terms govern your use of Euphoria Music at euphoriamusic.eu (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Euphoria Music is a music discovery and playback web application. It lets you browse a curated catalog, filter tracks, and play music via embedded YouTube players. Optional Google sign-in lets you save ratings and sync preferences across devices.
If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for the security of your Google account. You must provide accurate information and use the Service in compliance with Google’s terms and applicable law. You may sign out at any time from the header menu.

The Service — including its visual design, user interface, layout, functionality, branding, and underlying software code — is owned by or licensed to Euphoria Music and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial browsing and listening as intended, but you may not copy, reproduce, imitate, redistribute, or create derivative works from any substantial part of the Service’s design, interface, or code without our prior written permission.
Original text, editorial content, artwork, and images created for the Service — including the three AI-generated images on the landing page — are also protected. You may not download, copy, republish, or use these materials outside the Service without permission, except where fair use or similar exceptions apply under applicable law.
Track metadata, artwork, and playback are provided for personal, non-commercial listening. Music is streamed through YouTube; playback is subject to YouTube’s terms and Google’s terms. We do not claim ownership of third-party music, videos, or trademarks shown in the Service.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euphoria Music is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including interruptions, data loss, or third-party content.
