The Service

Euphoria Music is a music discovery and playback web application. It lets you browse a curated catalog, filter tracks, and play music via embedded YouTube players. Optional Google sign-in lets you save favorites and sync preferences across devices.

Accounts

If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for the security of your Google account. You must provide accurate information and use the Service in compliance with Google’s terms and applicable law. You may sign out at any time from the header menu.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others’ rights
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data
• Scrape, bulk-download, or commercially exploit catalog data without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

Content and third parties

Track metadata, artwork, and playback are provided for personal, non-commercial listening. Music is streamed through YouTube; playback is subject to YouTube’s terms and Google’s terms. We do not claim ownership of third-party music, videos, or trademarks shown in the Service.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euphoria Music is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including interruptions, data loss, or third-party content.
